Zarqeen Alif is a fast, offline invoice and billing software built by Zarqeen Accounting Solutions, designed specifically for Indian retail businesses. It generates professional bills, manages customers and products, and works entirely on your local Windows PC.

Zarqeen Alif works well for any type of retail business — Kirana stores, textile shops, restaurants, hardware stores, pharmacies, stationery, footwear, bakeries and more. It's also ideal for anyone who needs to generate invoices or bills without a physical shop.

Internet is required only at two moments:
• During initial activation — to register your PC and add your license.
• If you enable Google Drive auto-backup — the software needs internet to keep syncing your data.

All billing and day-to-day work happens fully offline.

There's no separate app install needed. Zarqeen Alif supports a mobile-friendly PWA (Progressive Web App) that works right in your phone's browser. From the app, you scan a QR code and the mobile connects directly to your billing PC — no app store download required.

Yes. Zarqeen Alif supports multiple devices using a main server model. One PC acts as the server and other devices (mobile, tablet, another PC) connect to it over the same WiFi network. All devices share the same data.

The interface is in English, but you can type item names, customer names, and addresses in any language your Windows PC supports (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.).

Zarqeen Alif v1.4.0 requires:
• Windows 10 or higher (64-bit)
• ~70 MB of free disk space
• 4 GB RAM recommended
• No dedicated graphics or high-end CPU required

Typically 5–10 minutes, depending on your PC and how quickly you go through the setup. Full instructions are in the Installation & Activation Guide.

No. Zarqeen Alif requires Windows 10 or higher (64-bit). Windows 7 and 8 are not supported. Windows 11 works perfectly.

Not at all. Whatever printer your computer supports will work with Zarqeen Alif — A4, A5, or thermal (2-inch and 3-inch). You can switch formats anytime from the invoice template settings.

The 7-day trial gives you full access to nearly every feature except Zarqeen Connect (mobile & multi-PC access).

You can purchase a license anytime during the trial:
• Queue it — it activates after the trial ends.
• Switch immediately — unlock mobile connect right away.

After the trial expires, you can still open the software and see all your data — but you won't be able to generate new invoices until a license is added.

Basic — ₹299 for 1 year.
Premium — ₹599 for 3 years.

Both plans unlock the exact same features. The only difference is license duration. Premium simply gives you 3 years for a lower effective yearly cost.

Once payment succeeds, your license key is emailed to you and also shown on the website after the payment window finishes.

Then in the software:
Subscription tab → Add License → paste your key

⚠️ Important: Please don't refresh or close the browser immediately after payment — wait for the confirmation screen. If you do lose the key, contact us and we'll recover it for you.

The software switches to read-only mode — you can still view, print, and export old data, but you cannot create new invoices until you renew. You'll get reminders starting one week before expiry. Your data is always preserved.

Yes. Two options:
• Contact support — we can release the license from the old PC and let you activate on a new one.
• Self-transfer — download the database from the old PC and upload it to the new one.

We recommend reaching out to support for a smooth transition.

Not currently. We offer renewable plans (Basic 1-year / Premium 3-year) so we can keep improving the software with regular updates and support.

Yes, fully. Zarqeen Alif supports CGST, SGST, and IGST, pre-loaded Indian state codes, HSN support, and GST-format invoices with Indian currency formatting. It's built specifically for the Indian market.

Yes. Just change the invoice template in Settings → Invoice Template. You can switch between A4/A5 layouts and 2-inch or 3-inch thermal receipts at any time.

Unlimited. There are no artificial caps on products, customers, staff, or invoices. Practical limits depend only on your PC's storage.

Yes. An Admin account can create staff accounts, set permissions, and view each staff member's activity — who billed what, when, and how much.

Yes. Zarqeen Alif v1.4 and above supports barcode generation and scanning, plus QR codes for items. You can print custom barcode labels too.

Yes. You can import your existing customer and product lists directly from Excel/CSV to get started without retyping everything.

Both locally and (optionally) in the cloud. All data lives on your PC's local database. If you enable Google Drive auto-backup, an encrypted copy is also synced to your own Google Drive account.

Yes, if you've enabled backups:
• Local backup — regular snapshots on your PC or external drive.
• Google Drive backup — auto-synced to your own Drive.

We strongly recommend turning on Google Drive sync so a hardware failure never costs you data.

No. Your business data stays on your PC and your own Google Drive. Zarqeen only stores the minimal details required for licensing — your registered email, license key, activation timestamp, and device registration. We never see your invoices, customers, or products.

All payments are handled securely via our website through Razorpay, which supports UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

As a general policy, we don't offer refunds on license purchases. However, if a genuine mistake happens on our side (duplicate charge, incorrect activation, or a technical failure that prevented delivery), we'll refund or correct it immediately. See our Refund Policy.

Three ways, ranked by speed:
1. WhatsApp — fastest, best for quick issues.
2. Email — for detailed questions or documents.
3. Instagram DM — for general queries.

If you purchased through a distributor, you can also contact them directly.

Yes — remote support is available on request, but WhatsApp is always our preferred channel because it lets us share screenshots, guides, and step-by-step instructions easily. For issues specific to your purchase, contacting your distributor is usually the fastest route.

Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through the software or arrange a quick demo.

Registration is simple — just an email address is enough to get started. Click Become a Partner on our site, verify your email, and you're in. You can add your full profile details (bank account, business info) later whenever you're ready.

Anyone can be a distributor. It works well as a side income, and with consistent effort it can grow into a strong, sustainable business.

Commission tiers are based on your monthly sales volume. Full tier details, current rates, and progress tracking are visible inside your distributor dashboard once you log in.

Payouts follow the policy described inside your distributor dashboard — including the minimum balance threshold, required bank/UPI details, and processing schedule. Everything is documented there so it stays transparent.

Yes. Distributors can generate multiple license keys at once right from their dashboard, at their distributor discount price. Payment is processed online, keys are generated instantly, and a copy is emailed to you — ready to hand out to your customers.

Not strictly required — but strongly recommended. When you help your customers with setup, activation, and renewals, you build trust and loyalty, and those same customers refer others. Great support is the easiest way to grow your distributor income.

Zarqeen Connect is how you link multiple devices to your main billing PC. It isn't only for mobiles — you can connect tablets, phones, or other computers to the same server. All devices share the same live data.

The step-by-step process (including QR code pairing) is listed inside the software under Settings → Zarqeen Connect. You scan a QR code from your phone, and you're connected — no app store download needed.

Yes. For Zarqeen Connect to work, your mobile, tablet, or secondary PC must be on the same WiFi network as your main billing PC. This keeps your data secure and fast — no cloud round-trip needed for local access.

We're working on a new product called Zarqeen Batha — a more advanced accounting software aimed at B2B businesses. Zarqeen Alif stays our B2C-focused product for retail invoicing, while Batha will serve wholesalers and larger enterprises with deeper accounting needs.
